Studies have shown that brisk walking and jogging have the same effect on the cardiovascular system so don’t stress out.
Of all the vices known to man, smoking is the one that has little or no benefits. Cut out the cigarettes if you can. It would be tough especially if you’ve been smoking for a long time but with determination, it can be achieved.
Easy does it on the alcohol. A little red wine, they say helps the heart. A little…not one bottle every two days .
As cliché as it sounds, it is very important to drink lots of water, eat a balanced diet with fruits and vegetables. Please note that not just efo riro, edikaikong or ofe owerri qualifies as vegetables. Cabbage and lettuce are also vegetables.
If you have been diagnosed with any chronic ailments such as diabetes or hypertension..please TAKE your medications. Don’t fall into the wrong hands. If it feels too good to be true, it probably isn’t true.
